Getting around Elite
The main menu
Behind the menu icon, top to bottom:

| 1 | iCloud Status | Your iCloud sync status (Ready when it's up to date). |
| 2 | Import File | Opens a BFF file someone has shared with you. |
| 3 | BFF Academy | Opens the BFF Elite course in your browser. |
| 4 | Tools | Four measuring tools. See The measuring tools. |
| 5 | Recently Deleted | Sessions you've deleted, kept for 7 days. It stays grey until you have deleted something. |
| 6 | Support | Shows the app version and opens the menu in rows 7 to 14. |
| 7 | Contact Us | Emails us with a small file that helps us help you faster. |
| 8 | Past Notices | Release notes. |
| 9 | User Manual | Opens the user manual. |
| 10 | Restore iCloud | Checks iCloud again for sessions missing from this device. |
| 11 | Data Sharing | Lets you share anonymous data that helps improve the tracking. |
| 12 | Settings | BFF Elite's page in your device's Settings. |
| 13 | Expires: | Your subscription, with its renewal date. |
| 14 | Request Refund | Starts a refund request for your subscription. |
