Troubleshooting Elite

In the session's menu, tap Export → Report for a PDF of the whole session. For one recording, open the video and use its menu: Export → Report for a PDF, or Video Report for the video with your measurements drawn on it.

There's no size or compression setting in the app yet. Sending it as an iCloud link from the share sheet is the easiest way around it.

Yes. In a session with at least two side recordings, choose New Comparison, pick a Before and an After, and BFF Elite builds a video that moves the rider between the two positions with the measurements shown. You can share it as a video report. The side-by-side comparison pages in the printed PDF report are the part that's Pro only.

The Before and the After have to be from the same side of the rider. The dimmed ones are from the other side.

Remove Background is set for each recording, not for the whole app, so turn it on for each one you want. If the button is yellow, the app couldn't cut out that frame; tap it to see why. A comparison keeps the look it was built with, so build it again after you change the setting. Remove Background needs iOS 17 or later, and on devices that can't run it the button doesn't appear.

Those are Pro features. Elite reports include everything automatically.

The analysis didn't finish. Check the recording is complete, tap the top of the video page to make sure the side and the bike type are right, then tap ··· → Analysis → Reanalyze (on a side recording, Reanalyze (Quick) or Reanalyze (Precise)).

That was fixed in Elite 3.5.0. Update the app and export the report again. Files you exported before the update stay the way they were.
