Why the 'right' bike fit is a range, not a number
What BFF EZ does
BFF EZ offers an alternative: a cheap, quick dynamic fit you can do at home with just your phone, bike, and a trainer. No studio hardware or per-session fee required. From a single 4-second side view video of you pedaling, it reads the angles of your knees, hips, ankles, and shoulders at crucial moments in the pedal strokes, then turns them into specific guidance:
- A saddle height adjustment in millimeters or a checkmark that you're already in your window.
- A saddle fore/aft adjustment in millimeters or a checkmark.
- An upper body classification (Upright, Relaxed, or Aggressive), since the right position there is a goal-dependent choice rather than a single correct position.
It does all of this from a 2D side view, which covers the big three adjustments well. For most riders, this is sufficient to get them riding more comfortably!
