Which devices does BFF EZ run on, and can I use more than one? iPhone and iPad, and on an Apple-silicon Mac you can install it as an iOS app. The app and your iCloud storage are tied to your Apple ID, so any device signed in to the same Apple ID can install it, with no second purchase. There's no Android, Windows, or PC version; Bike Fast Fit is Apple-only. You can still take the whole Academy without it, you just wouldn't capture your own measurements.
Which iPhone or iPad do I need? BFF EZ runs on any iPhone or iPad on iOS 15.5 or newer. For accurate measurements, though, you want a camera that shoots slow-motion at 1080p and 240 fps, which means an iPhone XS or newer. A recent iPad works too; the 9th-generation is about the practical floor, though it captures at 720p and 120 fps, below the ideal. Older devices still install and let you view recordings; they just may not capture cleanly enough for reliable numbers.
What languages does BFF EZ come in? Seven: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese. The app follows your device's language; you can change it under BFF EZ in iOS Settings.
I see different recordings on my iPhone vs. iPad. Why? Both devices need the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive enabled. Recording metadata (the list, status icons, measurements, position) then syncs automatically; the video files themselves stay on the device where you recorded them.
Nothing is syncing. Check that both devices are on the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive enabled for BFF EZ. Large libraries can take a while to catch up, so give it time before concluding something's wrong. BFF EZ also uses its own iCloud container, separate from Elite and Pro; if you upgrade later, an "Import BFF EZ Sessions" setting brings your recordings over.
How do I send my result to a fitter or friend? Long-press the recording → Report for a PDF you can send through any app.
Can a friend who also uses BFF EZ see my recording? Long-press → Share for a BFF EZ data file they can open in their app.
I deleted a recording I want back. Within 7 days: main menu → Recently Deleted → restore. After 7 days it's gone for good, so restore promptly.
