Troubleshooting Elite
Subscriptions and activation
I paid, so why does my new device want me to subscribe?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with, open BFF Elite, and give it a moment; it usually recognizes your subscription on its own. If it doesn't, open the main menu → Support → Restore Purchase. Restore Purchase only shows while the app thinks you haven't subscribed, which is why you may never have seen it.
Restore says it worked, so why is nothing unlocked?
Check three things: the Apple ID is exactly the same on both devices; both devices are set to the same region (iOS Settings → General → Language & Region); and you're using the app in the country you bought it in, because Apple doesn't move subscriptions between App Store countries. If all three match and it's still locked, email us and we'll get you running.
Why do I see Pro Settings on one device but not the other?
In Elite, Pro Settings comes from an older one-time "Pro Features" purchase, not from the Elite subscription, so renewing the subscription won't change it. On a device signed in to the same iCloud account, it often appears on its own. If it doesn't, email us and we'll sort it out.
My subscription ended. Did I lose my sessions?
No. You can still open your sessions and read their measurements and dashboards. Recording, importing, reports, re-analysis, and editing are locked until you renew; those items show a padlock.
How do I cancel?
Open the main menu → Support and tap your expiration date, or go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you bought Elite before it became a subscription, your menu shows "No Expiration" and there's nothing to cancel.
How do I get a refund?
We'd love the chance to help sort out the problem first, so email us at info@bikefastfit.com. Apple handles App Store refunds: main menu → Support → Request Refund.
