Make changes slowly
One pattern surprises almost everyone the first time they see it.
Across four recordings with no change in between, the app said: raise 2 mm, lower 1 mm, raise 1 mm, then a green checkmark. What was actually happening?

Markerless tracking has a little run-to-run variability. Inside your window, that shows up as tiny back-and-forth recommendations. It's the signal that you're done, not a cue to keep adjusting.
The right end position is the same whether you get there in one jump or four small ones. The cost of the small ones is patience. The cost of a big one is your knees if you mistime it. Tap each scenario for the right call:
