The iterative fit process

The app points you in a calibrated direction, but across all of it your body is the final judge. If the app says you're in the window but something still hurts, the body has the last word: your fit window may have shifted (flexibility, a layoff, a training change), or the cause may be something the app isn't measuring (cleats, shoes, recovery, ride volume). If you still can't pin it down, BFF Elite's front view recordings often surface what BFF EZ can't, and an in-person session with a credentialed fitter is the right next step for complex cases.
