The iterative fit process
Where to go next
You're at the end of the BFF EZ course. You know what BFF EZ measures, why each measurement matters, how to record cleanly, how to adjust your bike, and how to run the loop over time.
From here, keep using BFF EZ on the bike you fit and re-record every few months. You can also run the same workflow on a second bike. For the menu items the course didn't cover (iCloud sync, sharing, settings), see Getting around the BFF EZ app.
If you want more, there are two ways to go deeper.
BFF Elite is for deeper self-fitting. Over BFF EZ, it adds:
- Front and side views, not just the side
- The full measurement set, where BFF EZ shows the key few
- Your real crank length for exact numbers (BFF EZ assumes 172.5 mm)
- Sessions that group your recordings, with notes
- Auto PDF and video reports to save or share
BFF Pro is for fitting clients professionally. Over Elite, it adds:
- A client database: riders, bikes, and sessions in one place
- Rear view recording and a live knee angle readout
- Before/after and branded comparison reports
- Marker override and tools for the toughest captures
