What "in the green" looks like

Across several recordings: a checkmark on saddle height and fore/aft; recommendations that flip back and forth and stay small (↑ 2 mm then ↓ 1 mm with no change in between); a position classification that stays consistent; everything sitting inside the green target zones. That small oscillation isn't telling you to keep adjusting. It's telling you that you've landed. Stop chasing numbers and ride by feel. A much bigger swing is the opposite signal: about a centimeter or more with nothing changed points to a tracking problem, so re-record (check lighting, visibility, steady pedaling) rather than adjust.
