What happens after the first adjustment
BFF EZ gives you a calibrated direction. Your body is the final judge of whether it's working.
| Pattern | What to do |
|---|---|
| Feels good; app shows you in the window. | Stay there. Let your body settle over a couple rides, then re-record. A few mm of drift inside the window is normal. |
| Feels better, but not quite right. | Listen to where your body says it's off. If the app suggests a small further nudge in the same direction, that's worth trying. If your body points somewhere else entirely, the issue may be fore/aft or position (Lessons 4 and 5). |
| Feels worse. | Your body overrides the app here. Roll back, then ask whether the position was outside what your body can currently tolerate, too drastic a change made at once, or whether the change coincided with a hard week, new shoes, or a long ride. |
The fit window moves over time, especially as your flexibility changes with training. Re-recording every few months is part of staying dialed in.
