Upper body last

Your upper body position is highly dependent on your saddle height and fore/aft. Once those are set, you can do this one.

Why this one has no millimeters

While saddle height and fore/aft give you a direction and a distance, upper body position gives you a descriptor: Upright, Relaxed or Aggressive.

That is deliberate. Saddle height and fore/aft have a range that most riders fit inside, so the app can tell you how far outside it you are. Upper body position is much more individual-dependent. All three classifications are legitimate positions. Which one is right for you depends on your flexibility, how long you ride, what you ride for, and the bike you are on.

Do not use saddle changes to fix an upper body position. You would be moving your foundation to fix your reach, and you would undo the work you just did.
