BFF Academy · Elite course

Quick start: Your first session

about 12 minutes Section 13 of 13

Where to go next

You now have the whole loop: set up, record, read, change one thing, ride, record again, and stop when it settles. That is enough to fit your own bike, and plenty of riders never need more than this.

The rest of the course goes deeper on the parts you just used. Each lesson stands on its own, so take them in any order, or leave them until something makes you curious.

While the Elite course is being written

The rest of this course is still in progress. The BFF EZ course is finished, and a good deal of it applies to you, because Elite reads a side recording the same way EZ does and the recording advice is the same on both.

So if you want more on something specific right now, go and read it there: recording well, saddle height, saddle fore and aft, and upper body position.

What will not match is anything about Elite's own screens, since EZ has no Classic dashboard, no front view and no Explore. Those wait for the lessons here.

Tell us how it went

If you ran a session with this lesson open, we'd like to know how it went. What helped, what didn't, and anywhere you got stuck. The places people get stuck are rarely the ones we expect, so hearing about them is genuinely useful to us.

Use the thumbs at the bottom of any section, or the Tell us more link beside them. And if anything here did not match what your app actually did, please tell us. Apps change, and we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
