Getting around the BFF EZ app

Reference Section 5 of 5

Analysis page

Tap any thumbnail on the home page to open its dashboard (the app's name for the analysis page). This page is the layout; interpreting the numbers is Lessons 3 through 6.

Down the left are three tabs. Each shows the relevant frame with lines linking your joints, the angles labeled on the image, your result, and a zone chart with a dot for where you landed.

Tab What it gives you
Height (default) A saddle height change, e.g. ↓ 2 mm or ✓ if you're in range.
Fore/Aft A fore/aft change, e.g. → 5 mm, or ✓.
Position A label: Upright, Relaxed, or Aggressive. No number to hit.

Height and Fore/Aft match the two status icons on the home-page thumbnail.

The zone chart

Every tab has a colored chart with a dot for where you sit:

Dot Meaning
Green (center) In range
Yellow Near the edge
Red (outer) Out of range

It shows where you are, not a what-if: you can't drag the dot to test a change (that's an Elite and Pro feature).

The menu

The menu at the top of the page lets you:

  • Open Help for the measurement you're viewing (tapping the chart does the same)
  • Change the bike type if the app guessed wrong
  • View the full-size image
  • Generate or share a report (a PDF of all three analyses, through the iOS share sheet)
