Upper body position
What happens after you change your position
Make a cockpit change, then re-record. BFF EZ reads your new torso and shoulder angle and updates your classification, so you can watch the move register. From there your body is the final judge: the right position is the one you can hold comfortably for a whole ride, not just the one that looks fast.
Position isn't fixed forever, either. As your flexibility changes with training and time on the bike, a zone that felt like a stretch can become comfortable. Re-record every few months, or any time your riding changes, and let your position follow your body.
